As
you probably know, Scotties come in several colors. The original Scottie was
brindle colored, it's not stated what color of brindle they were. There can
be silver and / or golden brindle intermixed with the black. The colors can
be gorgeous.
The wheaten color can be light or darker and even sandy colored (although
never white). Black is the most recognized and associated color with the Scotty,
however a completely black Scottie is somewhat rare. A little white on the
chin (milk chin) or a patch on the chest is perfectly acceptable.
As we go through the tour we will point out some of the colorations found
with our Scotties.
